That opening line from M83's seminal electro album Dead Cities, Red Seas & Lost Ghosts, paraphrases the ethos of this mix pretty well.  This episode is my version of Springtime pop.  Of course not everything on here is carefree and fun, but I'll chalk that up to the "clouds are looming" part.  Think I'll leave it at that.  As per usual please send this link to anyone and everyone who needs some Spring Fling in their lives.
